MONICA SNASHALL
Co-Founder & Head of Marketing
Monica worked in Digital Marketing for 9+ years leading digital transformations for e-commerce brands, building businesses from scratch in Nike's Innovation Lab and was most recently with ClickBank owning the consumer journey from end to end.
An entrepreneur at heart, Monica co-founded Stamford Talent and is currently leading recruitment and operations utilizing her depth of experience building teams. No stranger to the challenges of the job market, Monica's approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented. Using a mix of experience and modern tech, she's out to prove that recruitment doesn't have to be a headache.
Outside of recruiting she grew up in Southern Oregon the youngest of four kids, played Division I Volleyball at the University of Portland and now lives in Southern California with her husband and daughter.
