Pricing

You only pay if you make a Hire

  • Fee is a percentage of the employee's pay
  • Percentage is determined by the difficulty of the search and agreed upon before the search begins


Embedded / OnDemand Recruiting

  • Maybe you just need temporary support to supplement your existing recruiting team: we can screen resumes, handle phone screens, help with hiring ramps.
  • If you don't have a recruiter & aren't ready to commit to one full time, we can serve as your temporary recruiting team


Pricing

Pay as you go

  • We will always do what makes sense. Depending on the nature of the help you need, you can pay hourly/daily/weekly/monthly
  • Rate is determined by work complexity


Retained Search

  • Usually for critical executive or leadership level roles
  • 100% end to end support from Job Description design, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer negotiations
  • Fully customizable to fit your needs


Pricing

Fees based on reaching milestones

  • Fees are spread throughout the recruitment process based on agreed upon milestones (candidate submittal, interviews, hires etc.)
  • Fees determined by complexity of search
